Shipping policy

Ofrecemos servicio de recogido al hogar utilizando acarreadores independientes tales como Island Wide. El recogido se realizará entre 1-3 días luego de recibido el pago por el servicio solicitado. Toda orden que se haga viernes será procesada el lunes.  

Es importante tener la caja lista el día|hora coordinado para su recogido. Si el servicio se coordina para una fecha específica y la persona no se encuentra en el hogar al momento del recogido y la caja no se puede recoger por no estar accesible, habrá un cargo adicional de "reschedule" de $25.00 adicionales al servicio ya pagado. 

IMPORTANTE: Hay un peso máximo determinado según el servicio seleccionado y comprado. Si los equipos se exceden del peso máximo indicado por el servicio o tamaño de la caja seleccionada, se cobrará $1.50 por cada libra adicional. (Caja Small - no pasar de 20 lbs | Caja Medium - no pasar de 40 lbs | Caja Large - no pasar de 60 lbs)

Se enviará un correo electrónico con la confirmación del recogido y se incluirá un "label' para imprimir que deberá colocar y pegar en la caja. El cliente es responsable de proveer una dirección física válida donde se pueda hacer la entrega mediante los diferentes acarreadores disponibles en su área y un número de teléfono. No somos responsables por error de dirección provista por el cliente o por el mismo no contestar y no estar disponible en su hogar.

Pick Up Warranty:

We offer home pick-up service using independent carriers such as Island Wide. The pickup will be made between 1-3 days after receiving the payment for the requested service. Any order placed on Friday will be processed on Monday. It is important to have the box ready on the day | time coordinated for its collection. If the service is arranged for a specific date and the person is not at home at the time of collection and the box cannot be picked up due to not being accessible, there will be an additional "reschedule" charge of $ 25.00 additional to the service already paid.

IMPORTANT: There is a maximum weight determined according to the selected and purchased service. If the equipment exceeds the maximum weight indicated by the service or box size selected, $ 1.50 will be charged for each additional pound. (Small Box - do not exceed 20 lbs | Medium Box - do not exceed 40 lbs | Large Box - do not exceed 60 lbs) An email will be sent with the confirmation of the pickup and a "label" will be included to print that you must place and paste on the box. The customer is responsible for providing a valid physical address where delivery can be made through the different carriers available in his area and a telephone number. We are not responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer or by not answering and not being available in your home.
